Lead, oversee, and enhance quality assurance processes for GAEA’s (Green Alternative Fuel) operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, supervise laboratory functions, and align product quality with client needs, while supporting continuous improvement and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities / المسؤوليات:

- Commit fully to H&S regulations and management systems.
- Lead quality management for various AF streams (RDF, Biomass, DSS, Industrial waste, TDF) from both internal and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee planning, review, and approval of all solid fuel/alternative fuel technical activities and QMS implementation.
- Supervise analysis of key fuel parameters (CV, Ash, M/C, V, S, heavy metals) and their impact on cement operations.
- Approve feed mix planning and parameter adjustments.
- Oversee RDF production and sampling process controls.
- Provide technical support to customers for issue resolution.
- Approve daily reports for materials delivered to clients.
- Ensure quality compliance across all GAEA sites (BSF, Alex, Khanka).
- Oversee calibration of lab instruments (calorimeter, muffle, cutting mill).
- Enforce laboratory policies for analysis and product testing.
- Monitor production process compliance, reporting discrepancies and corrective actions.
- Approve necessary deviations to maintain laboratory and operational efficiency.
- Analyze client needs and collaborate with production to tailor products to market demand.
- Lead chemical, quality, and environmental improvement projects.
- Ensure full ISO compliance (9001, 14001, 18001).
- Study and adjust product quality to maintain international standards.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and support implementation.
- Participate in client meetings to support sales and address quality requirements.
- Approve and implement training for operators on product characteristics.
- Oversee implementation of health, environment, and safety plans.
- Motivate, develop, and manage the quality team to ensure professionalism and cooperation.

SAFETY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Ensure all materials are received with MSDS documentation.
- Collaborate with production to minimize emissions.
- Lead departmental HSE meetings and ensure team awareness.
- Assess risks and encourage proactive safety practices.
- Lead HSE incident reporting, investigation, and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections.
- Adhere to annual departmental safety objectives and Titan safety policies.

Qualifications / المؤهلات:

- **Education**: Science or Engineering degree, with preference for AF market expertise.
- ** Experience**: Significant experience in the AF market and quality management.
- ** Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of AF quality parameters, laboratory operations, and compliance standards.
