Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of services provided, implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring operations, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on quality metrics.

Qualifications

Monitor the performance and service quality of the company's staff to ensure professional standards are met.

Conduct regular evaluations of customer interactions, bookings, and service delivery.

Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Identify service issues or process gaps and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

Develop and update internal quality control procedures and checklists.

Ensure all customer service and operational procedures comply with company policies and industry standards.

Prepare and submit detailed periodic reports on service quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction trends.

Support training sessions for staff to enhance service quality and communication skills.
