Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Quality located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Director of Quality will be responsible for overseeing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving initiatives to enhance product and service quality. Daily tasks include leading quality control and assurance processes, conducting quality audits, managing supplier quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. The role includes developing strategies to meet regulatory requirements and ensuring excellence in every aspect of the company's operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proficient in Quality Control and Quality Assurance techniques
  • Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing methodologies
  • Expertise in Supplier Quality standards and processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Auditing, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) .
  • Process & Tools: Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement Process, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) management .
  • Management are a plus
  • Prior experience in the Oil and Gas sector is highly desirable
