**Role purpose**:

- Analyse business requirements of Vodafone Products & Services for both pre-paid & post-paid subscribers.
- Design & implement products & services in Charging domain.
- Own code end-to-end from design to development on charging platforms.
- Embrace automation and DevOps techniques and use of version control.
- Ensure all products & services have the highest quality & best customer experience.
- Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement.
- Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design.
- Work collaboratively in Agile team to deliver business requirements.
- Plan Charging System upgrades, expansions & integrations with different Network/IT platforms.
- Coach/ Lead others to deliver their stories/ tasks with the highest quality following the above points.
- Spot gaps & improvement areas, followed by an action plan to achieve the targets.
- Maintain existing products using pro-active controls/ Alarms on production.
- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with support teams and ensure their early alignment of projects and launch dates.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned with changes (Finance, DWH, CC,).
- Support & ensure all team members achieve their performance objectives & development plan.
- Conduct periodic meetings with business owners to be early aligned with future business projects.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- B.Sc. of Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- Background in computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
- Knowledge of development tools and relevant programming front/back end languages such as NodeJs and Javascript
- Database knowledge SQL and NoSQL databases
- GSM network overview.
