**Description**:
The Tribe Lead provides leadership to the Tribe and coordinates between Product Owners, Squads and other Tribes to ensure the direction of the Tribe
- s targets, KPIs and the business goals (e.g. PandL, NPS, market share, systems availability), are clear. With end-to-end ownership of the business outcomes and user journeys delivered by the scoped Product/Service Owners, the Tribe Lead will work with wider business stakeholders and lead Tribes.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Enabler of the Tribe vision, through alignment of the roadmap to the strategy and business objectives, clearly focused on the customer or end user;
- Defines the vision for markets, supports the experience roadmaps and makes product lifecycle decisions;
- Ensures that the Agile way of working is understood and lived in their Tribe and surrounding ecosystems, constantly aligning with Agile practitioners and Digital Leaders;
- Leads the identification and evaluation of internal digital capabilities and external opportunities;
- Owns the investment portfolio and business outcomes of the Tribe;
- Interacts with the Tech Co Lead, for guidance and advice on the technology requirements, platforms, infrastructure and any other technical considerations;
- Supports the Product Owners, in their Tribe or business area, to validate solutions for implementation and defines the high-level acceptance criteria;
- Monitors the progress and financials of business outcomes, communicating portfolio-level impacts to maximize rapid delivery of business value;
- Effectively communicates and aligns with leaders across the organization, identifying opportunities and wider-requirements for digital strategy, impacts and outcomes.
