Technical Lead

**About the Job**:
We are looking for a highly innovative Tech Lead to join our growing Engineering team. As a
Tech Lead you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance,
reliability, and security of our solutions using industry best practices. You will be in charge of
evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s
excellence, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.

**Tech Lead, Responsibilities**:

- Lead technical strategy and implementation for various team initiatives in alignment with

product/user expectations.
- Develop and oversee testing schedules in a client-server environment, addressing all

browsers and devices to ensure various devices display the desired content.
- Design, develop and maintain both new and existing code in a Microservices

Architecture, ranging from client-side development to server-side code using.Net Core.
- Develop APIs and products while working with a cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement and enforce coding standards and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment

processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.
- Play a key role in hiring and growing the team.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, Product Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and

other Developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on.Net Core.
- Proficiency in client-side and server-side development.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, architecture, and design

patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL, and web

technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Solid experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure

DevOps, Jenkins.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and stay up to date with the latest updates in the field.
- Previous experience in health-tech and/or start-up is a plus.
