Solucionar y resolver problemas técnicos o problemas relacionados con software y sistemas informáticos. Proporcionar orientación técnica y recomendaciones para resolver problemas empresariales. Analizar, recomendar e implementar mejoras de procesos. Introducir mandatos e activar controles en el ordenador y el equipo periférico para integrar y operar el equipo. Solucionar modificar, apoyar, administrar y mantener programas, aplicaciones, y cuentas de usuario. Mantener registros de transacciones diarias de comunicación de datos, problemas y acciones correctivas tomadas, o actividades de instalación. Capacitar o instruir a los usuarios en el uso adecuado de hardware o software. Gestionar y coordinar la planificación, el diseño, las operaciones, el mantenimiento, y la asignación de recursos de las actividades de telecomunicaciones; incluso el apoyo cliente/servidor, y la planificación estratégica y táctica. Consultar y asesorar a otros sobre políticas y procedimientos administrativos, problemas técnicos, prioridades y métodos relacionados con las telecomunicaciones.

Educación: Título expedido por una escuela técnica, de oficios o vocacional.

Experiência laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral afín.
