**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Maintain, and troubleshoot IT Systems (MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Fortigate Firewalls, VLANs, WiFi, and virtual hypervisor systems “VMWare ESXi”).
- Monitor and manage backup systems.
- Migrate from LDAP to MS Active Directory
- Monitor health of network, firewall, Antivirus, NAS storages, virtual servers, and Linux servers and act accordingly.
- Perform server room’s audits and checks.
- Actively log and maintain IT tasks on helpdesk system within agreed service levels (SLA).
- Maintain IT inventories for assets and consumables.
- Develop and maintain documents on architecture and configuration for internal staff.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Very good problem-solving skills
- Proactive and business oriented
- Very Good written and spoken English.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft systems and Networking.
- Experience with MS Group Policy
- Certified MCSE or MCSA
- Experience with Fortigate firewalls
- Experience with VLANs
- HP Aruba Switches and WiFi controller.
- Kaspersky endpoint or similar platforms
- Google Workspace Admin console
- Experience in Odoo or any ERP development/implementation/analysis is big PLUS.
- ITIL is big PLUS.
- System scripting (PowerShell) scripting is big PLUS.
- CCNA or Network+ or CompTiA or Aruba is a PLUS.
- Linux Knowledge is a PLUS.
- Hard worker.
- Good Communication, Team Player, Time Management
- Good interpersonal and working in multitasks.
- 3 - 6 years of IT professional experience.

**Education**:

- Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or Computer science.
