As an **System Analysis Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis and evaluation of complex information systems. Your duties will include leading a team of analysts in identifying system requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of these systems.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyze system performance and data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into system operations.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to understand system requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and automated processes to improve system analytics capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on analytical tools and system reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in system analytics and data science.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the design and architecture of new features and enhancements.
- Integrate data storage solutions (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL databases).
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
