**Job Summary**
As an Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the software industry. You will be responsible for understanding their business needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upselling opportunities.

**Respons**ibilities**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in the software industry.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Understand the client's business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional software services.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to present clients with comprehensive solutions.
- Develop account expansion strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our solutions in meeting client expectations.
- Utilize client feedback and performance metrics to enhance service delivery and increase the likelihood of contract renewals.
- Oversee and manage the process of client contract renewals, ensuring a seamless and timely renewal experience.
- Strategically engage with clients nearing the end of their contracts to discuss renewal options and address any concerns.
- Advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges to maintain a positive client experience.

**Job **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 year of Proven experience as an Account Manager
- SaaS industry experience is an advantage
- The ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- The capability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- The skill of working effectively with others, fostering teamwork and achieving common goals.
- The dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of clients or customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- The ability to provide assistance and support to customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
