**Mechanical Engineer (CNC Operations & Programming)**

**Position Overview**:
Join our prestigious luxury furniture manufacturing team as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in CNC operations. You will ensure the precise, efficient, and safe functioning of our advanced CNC router machinery, translating intricate designs into flawless finished products that meet our exacting standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program, operate, and supervise CNC router machines for high-end wood and furniture production.
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and design specifications for bespoke luxury pieces.
- Optimize cutting paths, tooling, and machining parameters to maximize material efficiency and minimize waste.
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Implement rigorous quality control checks to maintain product accuracy and finish.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to refine processes and resolve technical challenges.
- Document workflows, material usage, and machine performance for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates encouraged; 1+ years of CNC operation/programming experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam).
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Knowledge of luxury materials (hardwoods, veneers, composites) is a plus.
