**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors and works on growing our business with clients in collaboration with the account management team
- Builds and leads a small team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects
- Manages his/her team’s projects profitability and cashflow
- Acts as a project manager of owned projects
- Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles
- Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals
- Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent, and recognizes performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or Engineering
- 8+ years of experience of which a minimum of 6 years is in Software Project Management
- Previous team leadership experience is required
