- Technical Support:
- Providing assistance to customers by helping troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products or services.
- Ensuring customers have a positive experience through patient, understanding, and helpful customer service.
- Identifying, diagnosing, and solving technical problems promptly.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Communicating technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Staying updated with product updates, technical knowledge, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proven experience in customer support; additional experience will be considered a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Organized and responsible with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with ERP Systems or industry experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
