- Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily operations and drive continuous improvements to the functions.
- Assist in formulation of London Cab operational policies, procedures in alignment with the AGM regulations.
- Review daily reservations and communicate with Fleet and stations to satisfy needed vehicles for reservations.
- Manage the payment process in case of being a bank transfer and inform the finance department.
- Monitor vehicle end date to manage vehicle checking in process.
- Handle stop sell and on request and report on vehicle damages and follow up on damage and violation compensation.
- Conduct analysis and propose recommendations regarding vehicle and Drivers' performance.
- Handle and record customer complaint escalations.
- Develop, coach and administer administration team performance and development plans and appraisals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 years of Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
