Performance Marketer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing Digital Campaigns:
- Identifying target audiences and designing strategies to effectively reach them.
2. Data Analysis:
- Utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to measure campaign performance and provide detailed reports.
- Monitoring key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Fully understanding and interpreting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various types of campaigns to assess success and areas for improvement.
3. Performance Optimization:
- Conducting A/B tests and multiple experiments to optimize performance.
- Optimizing keywords, search ads, and landing pages to increase conversions.
4. Budget Management:
- Allocating budgets efficiently across different channels to achieve the best results.
- Monitoring spending and ensuring budgets are not exceeded.
5. Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Working closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure campaigns align with overall goals.
- Sharing insights and analyses with the executive team to guide marketing strategies.
6. Developing Marketing Strategies:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing traffic, conversions, and revenue.
7. Continuous Reporting:
- Presenting campaign results regularly and providing insights into performance trends.
- Adjusting strategies based on ongoing analysis and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
- Full capability in reading and interpreting KPIs for various types of campaigns to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
