**Position title**: Performance Marketing Manager
**Location**:Egypt, Cairo
**Job Type**:Full Time
We are looking for a highly creative, experienced and self-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage our paid marketing activities. Your mission is to help make ShopCash the biggest cashback platform in the MENA region.
You will be responsible for all the performance marketing channels including but not limited to SEM, Display, Retargeting, App install campaigns etc. Your duties will include planning, implementing, monitoring & reporting the performance of marketing campaigns across the MENA markets(UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt).
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute the strategy to make ShopCash the biggest cashback brand in MENA.
- Optimize campaign budget allocation to maximize user acquisition and ROI across MENA markets
- Create and manage app install campaigns across various platforms.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across search, display, and retargeting networks.
- Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs.
- Experiment scientifically across different channels to identify scalable channels.
- Test channels, creatives and copies continuously to ensure the best ROI
- Perform regular and proactive deep dives into traffic, conversion, segmentation and campaign data to identify areas to improve and optimize performance
- Implement marketing best practices and A/B testing, and leverage marketing automation tools to roll out successful campaigns.
**Who You Are**:
- Proven work experience (of at least 3 years) in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector. Experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in executing app install campaigns on Facebook, Google, Apple and third-party ad networks with a proven track record of managing budgets with an ROI focus in MENA markets in English and Arabic.
- Solid understanding of ROI measurement of campaigns and ability to analyze and decide the best strategy to achieve targets.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Solid Knowledge of Mobile & App Analytics tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc.
- Strong Knowledge of SEO, and keyword research.
- Analytical ability and a strong inclination to analyze numbers and identify trends.
- Familiarity with Social Media Campaigns and CRM will be a plus.
- Basic Working Knowledge of creative designing on tools like Canva and other similar tools will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Great team player and strong performer who has worked with high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is a must.
