**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics on a daily basis to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition and conversion optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
