As a Partnership Manager, you will ensure strategic leadership monitoring results in Export Markets, planning and prioritization of new product launches for the Vision Care division. You will have a high impact facilitating the relationship between Cluster Franchise Head and Third-Party Partner for the North Africa region while you are based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Shape and lead operational strategy, long-term planning, execution, and cross-functional interactions for export markets for the North African region.- Partnering with Distributors to understand market dynamics, insights and collect channel distribution information, supporting the Franchise Head and Marketing team to develop tailor strategies.- Assess and prioritize Distributor needs, when developing franchise strategy and operational plans.- Support Marketing strategy implementation.- Lead initiatives to strengthen the Franchise business by developing an excellence-oriented and customer-focused culture, fostering innovation, and building best-in-class third-party partnership that fully exploit all market opportunities.- Monitoring distributors performance and if identified any gaps collaborate with Franchise head to develop appropriate action plan and keep tracking of progress of agreed KPIs.- Support operation with major Cluster Key Accounts and Healthcare Organizations- Monitor and track in market sales, stock-in-trade and market share evolution.- Work closely with Distributors to ensure sales forecasting accuracy in line with Alcon requirements and operational cycle.- Guarantee and follow-up on Distributor’s training level and needs, supporting the upscaling knowledge of Distributors associates - via Alcon GEM Training Plan.- Ensure fulfillment Distributors contractual obligations.
WE ARE SEEKING:
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Finance, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. An MBA would be considered a valuable asset.- Proven experience in a Regional Sales leadership position, demonstrating successful management and strategic direction.- Proficiency in English and Arabic, encompassing reading, writing, understanding, and communication. Proficiency in French would be advantageous.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with a track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders at various levels.- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and sales acumen, essential for driving business growth.- A sales-oriented and self-motivated mindset, with a keen drive to achieve and exceed targets.- Expertise in navigating and thriving within complex matrix environments.- Prior exposure to the Medical Device or pharmaceutical industry would be highly desirable, providing valuable insight into industry-specific dynamics and challenges.
