**Within your role, you will**:
Your responsibilities as Sales & Distribution Manager North & West Africa role at Videojet, include:
Growth, engagement, and development of your team
Define regional sales strategy and ensure implementation through commercial team
Manage the distributors network of North & West Africa (from Egypt to Ivory Coast), drive performance for growth
Develop our distributors capability to sell our Videojet products across all product lines and select the right distributors as the need arises
Report on regional sales in line with business requirements and provide forecasts on anticipated activity
Partner with our distributors to develop their sales teams to lead and drive results

**Your education and background experience will include**:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
Excellent written & spoken English and French
Proven Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience, ideally with Equipment Sales / Consumables, and Servicing exposure
Worked in a multi-channel sales environment and is familiar with multi customers and high sales transactions
Knowledge of CRM, SFDC being a plus
