Sales Consultant - Africa (Commission-Based)

EXORAILTECH, a leading supplier and distributor of approved, reliable, safe, and quality products in Africa, is seeking highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultants/Agents with extensive knowledge and market connections to join our team. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, this is a remote work opportunity targeting individuals who can hit the ground running with sales. We offer a commission-based structure with the potential for a salary after 6 months of successful performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leverage your extensive market knowledge and connections to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the African railway industry.
- Hit the ground running by utilizing your existing network to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential customers.
- Drive sales growth by aggressively pursuing new leads, securing contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the EXORAILTECH team to develop effective sales strategies and action plans tailored to the African market.
- Actively participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote EXORAILTECH's products and services.
- Exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the railway industry or related sectors.
- Extensive market knowledge and a well-established network of contacts in the African market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with tender processes and experience in successfully bidding for projects.
- Willingness to travel within Africa, as required, to meet clients and attend industry events.
