**Kinetic** is working with a multinational **Pharmaceutical** company who are hiring a **Financial Controller** responsible for North Africa & Egypt to be based in **Egypt.**

**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Develop and implement robust financial control procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices for Northern Africa and Egypt.
- Consistently analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Continuously review and enhance financial systems, processes, and guidelines to optimise efficiency and accuracy.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics and/or Diploma degree.**:

- **Minimum** **5-7 years of Finance and Business Controlling roles, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/FCMG Industry.** Audit experience (assurance, tax, corporate finance) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, financial reporting standards (IFRS), and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software, SAP, and project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic, and French.**:

- Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
