We are looking for a driven and capable **Digital Marketer** to support us on building the company brand name across social platforms. You will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You will be accountable for design and content creation, graphical outputs, and company social branding.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Brainstorm and creative social branding growth strategies.
- Manage, design and content create social media posts according to Decima's calendar.
- Develop and update website (Content - Design - Organize).
- Develop and update Decima's documents and presentation design according to the company theme.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**_ Essential _**_Requirements_**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English both verbal and writing
- Minimum 5 years or more in Marketing agency or related organization
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
- Advanced computer skills in Illustration software's ex: Photoshop, illustrator etc.
- Demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, planning and organizing, flexibility and adaptability, customer service, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and suppliers.
- Experience developing various types of reports, targeting different audiences.
