**Role Overview**

The SAP Data Migration Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end data migration process in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.

This role ensures data integrity, quality, and consistency while coordinating between technical and functional teams.
- **Your Role**
- Lead and manage the SAP data migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business and project requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to define data migration scope and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across SAP and legacy systems.
- Manage data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
- Develop and execute data migration plans, schedules, and test strategies.
- Utilize SAP migration tools (LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit, etc.) to ensure efficient data movement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration.
- Conduct data reconciliation and validation to confirm successful migration.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on best practices in SAP data migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and mínimal disruption during migration.
- Document migration processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

- 10+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, PS, SD, MM) and underlying data structures.
- Expertise in ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, and other data
