Role Overview

We are seeking SAP functional experts with strong SQL skills and domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to join our global data migration team. This role is ideal for professionals who are looking to expand their expertise into ETL and data migration, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA transformations.

As a Lead SAP Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with technical and business teams to define data requirements, support migration activities, and contribute to successful SAP implementations using Syniti's data management platform.

What You Will Do:

After an initial training period, you will:

  • Apply your SAP functional expertise to guide data migration efforts in Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement modules.
  • Collaborate with data migration consultants to define transformation rules and validate data quality.
  • Use SQL to analyze source data and support reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Document functional requirements and support testing and validation phases.
  • Learn and apply Syniti's data migration methodology and tools.
What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ Years of relevant Experience
  • Strong functional experience in SAP modules: Supply Chain (MM, SD), Finance (FI/CO), and Procurement.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Interest or experience in ETL, data migration, or data quality projects (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs.
