Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Master Data Coordinator located in New Cairo. The SAP Master Data Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our new SAP ERP system. This individual will be responsible for the collection, cleansing, migration, and governance of critical master data domains in a real estate and construction environment, including Vendors (subcontractors, suppliers), Materials (construction materials, equipment), Customers (tenants, buyers), Assets (properties, machinery), and Finance (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers).

Working closely with the SAP implementation partner, business process owners, and IT teams, you will be instrumental in establishing the data standards and processes that will drive our business operations for years to come. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a landmark project within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

During SAP Implementation Project:

• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business users to define data fields, standards, and governance rules for key master data objects.
• Lead data gathering and cleansing efforts by working with various departments (Procurement, Finance, Sales, Projects) to ensure data is complete, accurate, and free of duplicates before migration.
• Perform data mapping from legacy systems to the new SAP S/4HANA structure.
• Utilize data migration tools such as SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) or other relevant tools to load data into the SAP system.
• Execute data validation routines and quality checks post-migration to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and execution of data migration test cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Help create training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users on master data creation and maintenance processes.

Post Go-Live & Ongoing Governance:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all master data creation, change, and deactivation requests, ensuring they comply with established governance policies.
• Enforce data quality standards and policies across all business units.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any master data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Generate reports on data quality metrics, process compliance, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously seek to improve master data management processes and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a master's data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts and its importance within an ERP ecosystem (e.g., Vendor Master, Material Master, Customer Master).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing functions).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
