Role Description

· Oversee daily operations of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance for inventory management processes.

· Track system performance and resolve any issues impacting SAP operations for inventory management.

· Manage and maintain master data for inventory and sales sectors, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the SAP system.

· Regularly update and validate master data to support efficient business operations.

· Provide daily technical support to SAP end-users, addressing issues related to inventory, transactions, and master data creation.

· Ensure prompt resolution of user concerns to maintain smooth workflow and minimize disruptions.

· Oversee the integration of SAP Material Management and WMS modules with other business functions, such as sales, finance, and warehouse management.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency

· Conduct necessary tests to validate system modifications and ensure compatibility with user requirements

· Implement and monitor updates or changes to SAP features, focusing on minimizing user impact and ensuring smooth adoption.

Qualifications

·      
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· SAP Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WMS) certifications are highly preferred.

· :8 years of experience in SAP Material Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Material Management Process.

· In-depth understanding of SAP Material Management (MM) modules and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FICO, WM).

· Expertise in master data management and inventory processes within SAP.

· Proficiency in system testing, troubleshooting, and user support.

· Strong analytical skills to manage data accuracy and resolve operational challenges.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
