SAP Support Specialist

We are looking for a SAP Support Specialist with strong expertise in
SAP MM (Materials Management)
to support day-to-day operations, handle incidents, and maintain Master Data. Experience in
SD or FI
is considered a strong plus. The role involves first-level support, issue analysis, and coordination with Level 2 Consultants to ensure seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, triage, and resolve SAP MM-related incidents and service requests.
- Provide first-level support across the MM module; escalate complex issues to Level 2 Consultants.
- Maintain and update Master Data primarily within the
MM module
. - Support SD or FI modules when required (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ensure all support tickets are handled efficiently and closed on time.
- Document issues, resolutions, and progress in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth SAP operations and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in
SAP 1st-level support
, with strong hands-on experience in
SAP MM
. - Knowledge of
SAP SD or FI
is preferred. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
