**Aufgaben**:
Task:
Support the Head of Legal in all aspects of her role across multiple legal entities be it project based or in the daily business.

Drafting and reviewing of legal textts and contracts

Prepare presentations for Board Meetings and business operations

Support and drive risk awareness company-wide

Making and providing recommendations for several departments across the business, including, contracts, labor issues, data protection, anti-trust and consumer protection.

Following up and handling outside counsel(s) on litigation; focus on brand protection, product liability, and labor matters.

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Law Graduate with minimum 4 years working experience.

Registered lawyer at the Egyptian Lawyer Syndicate/Bar Association

Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Excellent legal skills and knowledge of Egyptian Laws

Keep up to date on relevant changes in laws

Requirements Attributes: Can-do Attitude, ability to work under pressure in order to meet given deadlines;Passion to work in an international business envirnoment; Reliable and Organized

Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge especially Outlook and Powerpoint

Cofident in communicating at all levels of seniority

Previous experience in Legal Departnment of an international cooperation or international cooperation or multinational Law firm.

Ideally previous letigation experience.
