**What’s the role?**
**People Operations Team Lead**
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Responsible for leading a team of People Operations Specialists and/ or Front Office Advisors in the regional People Operations Shared Service Centre. Reporting to the Regional People Operations Manager
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance to a team of People Operations Specialists and/ or Advisors. Ensure that the team provides accurate and timely advice. Instils a “first-time right, on time, in full” culture and manages delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs. On-board and train new staff, coach experienced staff on how to further improve and develop
- **Knowledge Management**: Partner with the global Centres of Excellence to ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date and continuously enhanced
- **Technology**: Make full use of enabling technologies and promote the use of self-service technologies. Partner with global stakeholders to help shape the technology roadmap and pilot solutions
- **Continuous Improvement**: Partner with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the way support is provided and business outcomes are achieved. Drives further standardisation by identifying opportunities which lead to efficiencies and greater effectiveness
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with HEINEKEN standards and legislation
**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone who brings:

- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage the workload of others to deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and help others do the same. Drive to learn and develop themselves and others
- Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- **Work experience**: 7+ years of experience working in the People Functions of global organisations, incl. multiple years in a shared service centre environment. Ideally experience across a range of specialisations (e.g. learning, rewards, etc.). Hands-on experience with hire-to-retire administration is a must
- **Functional skills**: Deep understanding of People Function processes across the employee lifecycle. Proven experience with related enabling technologies (incl. Service Now and/ or SAP SuccessFactors). Ideally proven expertise in one more multiple specialisations within the People Functions
- **Languages**: Excellent English in verbal and written communications. Other languages (French or Arabic) are a plus
