**ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE**:
This will be a role that exists on the Ghana Fulfillment Operations team with the primary goal of ensuring that we have support for our call center operations across the country and take up other Fulfillment Operations responsibilities. This will be a support role that would report to the fulfillment operations lead at the designated distribution center that will host the role.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Manage call center operations, including receiving inbound calls, handling customer complaints, and managing customer expectations across distribution centers during on-call periods or after hours.
- Ensure that all key information gathered during the shift is documented properly and handed over to the next shift.
- Handling all other inventory-related work assigned during the shift and seeing to its completion.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Fulfillment operations lead.
