Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop detailed architectural models using Revit software.
- Implement BIM best practices and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in modeling and documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams in the use of Revit software and BIM workflows.
- Conduct model reviews and clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Generate accurate construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections, from the BIM models.
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in BIM and architectural design.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide training on Revit software and BIM processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working as a BIM Architect or Revit Expert in the architectural discipline.
- Proficiency in Revit software and other BIM-related tools such as Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Experience with collaborative project delivery methods (e.g., BIM 360 Design, IPD) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
- Professional licensure or certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£5,200.00 - E£9,000.00 per month
