Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and implement strategies, protocols, and plans related to BIM and digital technology that align with project and organizational goals.
  • Ensuring BIM Models accuracy and adherence to standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, organizing meetings to resolve clashes and enhance project coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, project-specific requirements, and organizational protocols, developing and enforcing BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Provide training and support on BIM tools and digital processes, promoting continuous learning and development within teams.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits of models, establishing quality control processes to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, preparing and presenting digital deliverables and reports to convey project progress and digital strategy.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering from an accredited university.
  • Extensive experience working with BIM processes.
  • Authoring technical documentation such as standards and workflow
  • Good understanding of Information Management according to ISO19650 standards and requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Engineering design and Information Management systems.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, BIM 360, Autodesk construction cloud
  • Experience in computational design using Dynamo and Grasshopper
  • Experience in delivering training/learning.
  • More than 10 years of Design and Construction experience.
  • Understanding of sustainability-related corporate reporting frameworks and standards.
  • Experience in visualization platforms Lumion, Enscape,3Dmax

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Experience in implementing 4D/5D, Virtual reality, Augmented reality, Digital Twin, DFMA
  • Experience with C#, Python, SQL, Jason, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience in Scan to BIM
  • Experience in Bentley Aecosim, MicroStation, Openroad, Open Bridge, Open Rail
