- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting technical programming specifications as required.
- Perform activities such as, but not limited to,
- System Maintenance and RIM (Release Impact Management)

Essential Duties:
- Translates design into code following company standards for product quality and maintainability
- Performs maintenance on existing products.
- Obtains peer review of the code.
- Provides analysis of current program functionality.
- Performs unit tests and works with Business to help perform regression test and system tests.
- Works with Business Analysts to document the final implementation of the design.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree of Engineering, Computer Science or any related Information Technology field.
- Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in software development,
- At least 6 years of experience in supporting/implementation of Infor Products or Similar ERPs.
- Experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using APIs and Web Services for system integration and custom development.
- Proficiency in one or more OOP programming languages Like (Java, C#)
- Deep Experience with scripting languages like (JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Good knowledge with languages Angular, Angular JS.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, modifying, and troubleshooting databases
- Ability to write and execute unit tests for customizations, ensuring that custom code and configurations work as expected.
- Proficiency in resolving complex technical issues, including integration failures, performance problems, and data discrepancies.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, managing technical aspects of implementation, customization, and integration in parallel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with other technical consultants, functional consultants, project managers, and clients.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior technical consultants or developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and troubleshooting.
- Willing to learn new technologies and tools
- Good understanding of/Experience with SaaS with one or more cloud providers AWS/Azure/GCP
- Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
- Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
- Must be fluent and proficient in the use of the English Language.
- Open/Flexible to work in US time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with languages like Angular, Angular JS or Python.
- Good knowledge with languages like (XML, XSLT).
- 2nd language fluency is a huge plus (French, German).
