**Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions aligned with role requirements.

**End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing regular updates and insights into the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

**Talent Market Insights**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles.

**Performance Tracking**:

- Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

**Employer Branding**:

- Collaborate with marketing to promote Jadeer’s employer brand across online platforms and events.
- Represent Jadeer at recruitment fairs and networking events.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Stay informed on HR and recruitment best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency or consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working Hours: 9-6 (Sun-Thursday)
- Working Model: Hybrid
