Commercial Governance

**Role Purpose**:
This role will be responsible for establishing an end-to-end agile culture within the delivery of Consumer marketing calendar in addition to proper management for the Governance across the agile community along with handling the capex budget of the consumer delivery streams.

This role will work very closely with Agile coaches, scrum masters, solution architects and tribe leads on budget & effectively follows the agile best practices & principles.

Also will be leading & establishing an agile environment and will become a key part of major ongoing and upcoming projects for delivery with the objective to ensure that every project gets delivered effectively in agile and as promised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take E2E ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital projects.
- Take the role of agile delivery lead in terms of facilitating discussions and conflict resolution between tribes and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
- Own and handle all blocking issues through the defined issue management paths resulting out the agile teams being led
- Actively track metrics reported by Scrum Masters
- Take responsibility for the delivery of the projects in scope for each Agile team
- Ensure that expectations are aligned with regards to the goals, scope and timelines for product delivery
- Ensuring that delivery teams follow our defined agile approach to delivery and that activity is coordinated accordingly
- Ensure that all risks and issues are appropriately managed in alignment to the defined agile delivery approach

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record of managing complex software projects with agile methodology.
- A deep understanding of the strengths of different Agile approaches and when they should be used e.g. Scrum, Kanban etc.
- Experience of working in fast paced digital environments, along with a well-rounded understanding of product and proposition development
- Extensive experience Impact Mapping and User Story Mapping.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have several years of proven hands-on experience in managing projects in agile environments as project manager or scrum master
- A strong technical background and ability to understand architecture& technical issues to drive effective agile delivery.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills; articulate and able to steer a meeting with presence.
- Ability to maintain calm attitude during difficult situations and handle pressure situations.
- Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Experience in maintaining and reporting against relevant metrics (i.e. burn down and velocity, risks, timelines, etc.). in timely manner.
- Strong team player with an ability to identify and remove impediments or conflicts that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint & project goals.
- Self-starter & self-motivated with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement across the agile delivery processes.
- Highly independent, takes ownership, does not need to be told what to do and seeks feedback and execute actions.
- Strong belief in Agile/Lean working practices and experience of coaching at all levels, from delivery team to senior management

**Language requirements**:

- English (B2 or above)
