**Job Purpose**

We are looking for an aggressive Commercial Director with a background in EdTech to focus on growing our business to the next level in Egypt. This role will lead the front-facing team of the company and empower its mission. He/she will play a vital role in hiring and onboarding the best talent, who are equally excited about our mission.

**As Commercial Director for Egypt, you will be in charge of**:

- Establish the commercial strategy to land new customers and expand our existing accounts to grow year-over-year ARR for almentor Egypt.
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous objective standards for the Sales team.
- Develop the Sales strategy/GTM to acquire new clients.
- Track Sales-team metrics and present numbers to company leadership.
- Analyze data on Sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Marketing Executives to develop lead generation plans.
- Prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
- Maintain key customer relationships and drive Customer Success engagements
- Pitching products and/or services to customers.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Maintaining the CRM system.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Deep Experience in Sales and Business Development in a Learning/ Education industry is** a must.**:

- Strong b2b network with the governmental sector and banks in Egypt.
- Demonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of a $5m+ ACV annual quota.
- Prior experience in managing and leading Sales roles in Training and related solutions would be a plus.
- Proven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering peers.
- Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership.
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a team.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload.
- Ability to travel if needed.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Polished presentation skills.
