**Summary of the job**:
Commercial Alliance Manager is Responsible for Products portfolio classification and prioritization, Identifying Opportunities for external Commercial Partners, Builds and implement the external partnership plan, Identify and hire external partners and follow on the implementation and assessment of the external Commercial alliances.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Lead extensive review of the products' portfolio to enable sharper portfolio prioritization and identify assets potential for collaboration and partnerships
- Establish full strategy for Partnership including but not only co-promotions and Outsourcing fitting the portfolio mapping
- Lead the whole E2E Plan to implement for new external partnerships deals including but not limited to (Co-Promotion, Exclusive Promo, Excl. Distribution, CSO) to maximize the value of the portfolio
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Governance and proactive steering the relationship of the partnerships and deals outcome in full compliance with J&J Compliance Agenda and applicable laws and regulations
- Developing and implement performance metrics to measure ROI and outcomes from partnerships.
- Collaborate internally with different departments to ensure that all JNJ standards are met in terms of Quality, compliance, Access and PVetc.
**Qualifications**
**Mandatory Experience Required**:
- Education: Bachelors degree Business Administration or Pharmacy (Preferred MBA)
- Years of Experience: minimum 5 years in Outsourcing and Commercial Alliance in a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Demonstrated achievements in Revenue growth and successful outsourcing and external partnerships deals in the Pharma industry
- Has the ability to build internal and external network and can work cross functional
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Location: Cairo
- Traveling Flexibility: 10-20%
