**Role Purpose**:

- Role Purpose- Support a customer focus “single point of entry” towards NSE for all Cloud Engineering demand related requests from VF-Networks (Group and Local Markets) and its affiliates. Managing all kinds of demand requests from major projects to minor configuration requests.
- Work with the customer to define their requirements fully and unambiguously, so that they are fit for purpose and ready for the delivery of a design solution against them.
- Establish and run a fair, balanced and transparent demand management process for prioritising all Cloud Engineering demand requests coming into NSE Cloud Engineering, with the customer at the centre (internal and customer-focus governance).
- Provide consultancy services to the customer and manage the delivery of the demand throughout the process.
- Proactively manage customer communications, providing them with feedback and status updates on their requirements. Support the Cloud Product Owners and Delivery Excellence and Assurance Manager in managing escalations up to senior management level.
- Work to establish the demand management role within the wider NSE International areas and maintain a close relationship to the customer and stakeholders in this space.

**Key Accountabilities Impact on the business**:

- Manage and support the prioritisation of projects and demands requiring further implementations into Network technology areas.
- Responsible for the scoping, sizing, and tracking of all Cloud Engineering demand requests through to closure.
- Ensure customers follow the Cloud Engineering demand management process. Ensuring transparency within the process and making it SIMPLE for the customer to use.
- Works with the Cloud Product Owner for the management & prioritisation of demands.

Customers, supplier and third parties
- Build a community of Stakeholders in support of the NSE customer i.e. contacts in the OpCos, Group Functions and Internationally.
- Own the interface towards NSE customers.
- Work with the customer to define their requirements fully and unambiguously, so that they are fit for purpose and deliver a solution against this.
- Provide continual updates and feedback to the customer on their demand/project.
- Manage escalations and find solutions / compromises for customer issues.

Leadership and teamwork- Foster and promote great team work between all suppliers within NSE, and in other relevant Vodafone Global Technology departments.
- Demonstrate leadership in respect to the NSE customer interface, up to senior management level.

Innovation and change- Promote the approach to be taken for all OpCo, Central NSE units and International entities.
- Drive efficiency, standardisation / industrialisation and “productisation” within NSE.

Knowledge and experience- Demand Management knowledge and strong experience in supporting medium scale projects.
- High level of Project Management experience.
- Broad technical knowledge of Telecom Networks especially Cloud and related Services.
- Advanced knowledge of Vodafone’s organisation, infrastructure, processes, and strong experience of managing cross-functional teams in a virtual set-up.

Communication- Manage and ensure regular, clear, confident, verbal, and written communication with customers and internal suppliers for all NSE requests.
- Able to network, influence and persuade stakeholders (be it internally, externally and team suppliers/verticals).
- Escalate or influences upwards, problems requiring a decision or where processes need to be questioned, changed, and improved.
