**Job Summary**
We’re Hiring - Foreign Procurement Specialist

Join the world of brilliance with Asfour Crystal, a global leader in crystal manufacturing and innovation.

We are looking for a Foreign Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, to manage and optimize our international sourcing operations with excellence and precision.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end international purchasing operations in alignment with company policies and timelines.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
- Review and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to guarantee smooth shipping and clearance processes.
- Monitor global market trends, pricing changes, and supply chain risks, providing insights and recommendations.
- Maintain updated supplier records and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement within the procurement process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Foreign Trade) or Business Administration.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Experience with ACID system and Free Zone regulations is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.

Pay: E£10.00 - E£15.00 per month
