—is now seeking a highly skilled:


Senior Foreign Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select qualified international suppliers for spare parts and technical components.

Request, review, and analyze quotations to secure the best commercial and technical offers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery conditions, and warranty agreements with overseas

suppliers.

Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure complete documentation for international shipping and customs clearance.

Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics, customs clearance teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Conduct international market research to track new suppliers, global pricing trends, and technical developments in spare parts.

Ensure procured materials meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global vendors.

Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or replacements.

Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and communication logs.

Coordinate with engineering, planning, and maintenance departments to understand technical requirements.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, cost efficiency, and ISO standards.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in international procurement (preferably spare parts or technical materials).

Excellent command of English (written & spoken).

Strong knowledge of import procedures, INCOTERMS, international shipping, and logistics.

Excellent negotiation & communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (Oracle or similar).

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.
