Valve Inside Sales Engineer

Managing inside sales activities for our Total Valve Solutions (TVS) segment across the North Africa region
- Interact day to day with clients, understanding their challenges and requirements around supplying valves and actuators to meet their specification and delivery.
- Filter & address RFQ’s, manage relationships with suppliers directly to provide technically compliant, competitive offers which meet quote submission deadlines.
- Manage the technical review and clarification stages of bid evaluations by customers
- Process quote submissions in line with customer tender / direct portal requirements
- Handle order processing, review & placement of purchase orders, along with order management through to invoicing.
- Maintain Quote/Order logs and create monthly reports to show KPI/metric status
- Internal coordination with Engineering, Quality, Workshop and Logistics teams.
- Develop advanced technical knowledge of core product lines to address customer technical queries
- Support the wider TVS team in cultivating and growing revenues across the segment
- Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
