**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, their vision and their market segment to create effective and customer-focused sales strategies.
- Collaborate with our network of sales professionals to identify new business opportunities, understand trends and share best practices.
- Optimize our sales cycle processes with a focus on improving lead nurturing, customer acquisition and conversion rates.
- Build strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Continuously analyze and provide visibility into key performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve performance, productivity and revenue.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify messaging, content and tactics that will align with our sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience leading an inside sales team focused on B2B SaaS.
- Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales automation, lead nurturing and customer acquisition tools.
- Analytical approach to problem solving with an ability to use data to drive business decisions.
- A proven track record of hitting revenue targets and achieving pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment where change is constant.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
