**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a
**Software Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - CDA **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

The CDA Project Management Team is responsible for driving the most complex, largest-scale programs and projects for comfort and driving assistance. As a Software Project leader, you will drive projects from initiation to production, using your multidisciplinary expertise in business, product, and technology to define scope, manage risk, and ensure quality.

You are a self-starter, can work autonomously to manage schedule, resourcing, and scope, and are a custodian of alignment, both vertical and horizontal. You have exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, you are a true vocal, visible contributor to the community of practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business needs and deal with stakeholders on a daily basis to define and manage their expectations in order to plan and deliver the project on budget, on time, and with the expected scope and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in developing project schedules, milestones, and risk analyses.
- Interact with the client's international site in different locations: Germany, Ireland, the USA, and China.
- Interact with other R&D Metier such as system & hardware.
- Deliver quality audit and compliance findings together with Quality Leaders.
- Develop reports to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks, and the overall status.
- Exercise technical judgment to keep goals for programs, projects, and products realistic and attainable within a given timeline.
- Review the project plans and report status to the client's Cairo management and Global.
- Ensure consistency between the delivery and the planned scope.

**Requirements**:

- 6-11 years of experience
- Excellent understanding of Project Management Methodologies: Project Scope Management, Schedule Management, and resource management.
- Excellent understanding of the SW Life Cycle.
- Excellent communication and intercommunication skills.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the group frameworks (SiPH/SMART..etc)
- Very Good understanding of A-SPICE standards.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFE Agile.
- Good understanding of project configuration management.
- Very good understanding of Customer escalations, criticality, and ways of handling
