Full technology stack on the project - Laravel, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, WebSocket, Nginx, Docker.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, preferably in a senior project management role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in process improvement and documentation management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving project goals.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Your Mission**:

- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of significant projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Process Development: Develop and refine internal project management processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with industry best practices.
- Documentation: Establish documentation standards and templates for project deliverables, reports, and other essential documents. Ensure adherence to these standards across the department.
- KPIs and Dashboard: Define relevant KPIs for project performance measurement and develop dashboards to track and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to address them.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership and guidance to project management team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.
- Standards and Methodologies: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies. Lead efforts to adopt state-of-the-art tools and methodologies that enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

- Work Model: Hybrid (2 days from office-3 from home)
- Working Hours: Flexible
- Fridays and Saturdays are off
