**Job Purpose**:
Coordinate and manage the assigned projects using the available resources to meet the required Schedule, Budget & Quality with a high level of customer satisfaction

For the duration of the execution phase, the project manager is responsible for interpretation and fulfillment of the customer contract and for meeting all targets agreed upon with the business

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administrate the project’s contract
- Create or be involved in creating the project charter
- Determine the project stakeholders and their level of power and interest
- Create the project organization chart to be approved by Operation Director and HR
- Develop a project management plan (scope, cost, schedule, communication, etc)
- Lead the project team toward the defined project goals
- Ensure any variation to the project is clearly defined and well analyzed
- Define and optimize resource allocation to the project by assigning tasks and missions
- Secure task execution subcontracted to the internal or external subcontractors as well as site construction activities: civil, electrical, and mechanical
- Manage project, and implement all related management plans
- Monitor and control progress against a baseline plan and allocate tasks and priorities as needed in order to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications and with the required quality
- Reach agreement on cost targets with project purchasing
- Update the project plans (scope, cost, schedule, etc) based on the project progress/status
- Monitor the project to comply with legal regulations and relevant standards
- Manage and maintain the customer satisfaction level to be within the required level
- Prepare and hold project status meetings and reviews
- Prepare the monthly reports to the client
- Prepare weekly reports to be submitted to Operation Director with the project status/progress
- Manage changes to be submitted/approved by Change Control Board (CCB) before implementation
- Complete the final project and taking appropriate action to transfer the project to the client

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Very Good English language
- Good French will be an asset
- Very Good computer skills
- Good in dealing with Primavera

**Qualifications**:

- BSC In Electrical Engineering
- 7 to 10 Years’ experience in construction projects including working in power transmission and distribution projects and/or power substations projects
- PMP, IPMA or equivalent certificate is essential
