**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the activities of the software development team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Lead daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Track project progress and report on status to senior management.
- Ensure that software development best practices are being followed.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a software project manager or scrum master in the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of software development best practices and quality assurance processes.
