- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.**Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns proactively to maintain positive relationships.**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and issues early in the project and develop mitigation plans.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.**Resource Allocation**:

- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with resource managers to ensure optimal utilization of team members.**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain project quality standards.**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software project management and software development/Integration Projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in requirements analysis and gathering, as well as creating project documentation and reports.
- Experience in managing and leading project teams
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP Certified or any other Management Certification.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in agile methodologies, software quality assurance, and software testing would be beneficial for this role.

**Technical Skills**:

- SW project Management
- Cross Culture Experience.
- Ability to travel 50% of time.
- Professional Project Management certification.

**Education**:
B.Sc. in any discipline and an advanced degree is a plus.
