- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Make travel arrangements for members of board.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Book meeting rooms as required.
- Schedule in-house and external events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
- +1y experience as Manager assistant, Administrative officer or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office is a MUST.
- In depth knowledge of office management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication.
- Attention to details.
- Can do Multi Tasks.
- Excellent English is a Must.
