Demand and S&bp Manager

Responsible for the timely availability of Whole Pharma Portfolio (Gen Med &Onco.)
- Responsible to reach the targeted Country inventory
- Secure the whole pharma products portfolio availability required for achieving the country sales target.
- Manage the CPO Finished good inventory
- Ensure no stock out at the patient level for life saving products
- Ensure the availability of a considerable safety stock from each pharma product to support any extra sales opportunity and limit the impact of any supply variability.
- Execute any Pre license sales request approved from MOH to cover existing patients need.
- Ensure the minimization of the write off via close follow up and coordination with QA team
- Lead the portfolio rationalization activities to ensure keeping the SKUs critical for the business.
- Participate in New Launches preparation, and ensure the product availability in the proper timing as per the launch plan.
- Manage CPO S&Bp meetings discussing the current performance, supply situation and existing challenges with all business stakeholders.
- Manage the S&Bp monthly forecast update, from the demand figures revision with the product managers till data upload on Futurcast system.
- Participate in Monthly Rolling Forecast preparation by providing the accurate supply data.
- Plan for all imported finished good replenishment supply in the proper timing and quantities
- Closely work with CPO QA to plan the Imported FG regulatory releases.
- Prioritize the clearance activities to assure proper allocation of available foreign currency with coordination of the treasury team.
- Monitor and follow up the supply of EG manufactured pharma SKUs as per the CPO forecast
- Ensure the implementation of any safety label updates on the Pharma products as per the global and local timelines and put EG implementation data on Global SALTO system.
- Participate in tracking the whole Pharm portfolio Profitability with the finance team.
- Review any tender product list, confirming the sustainable supply per SKU to protect against any prospective penalties and fines.
- Maintain open communication with the Global supply chain organization, APMA Supply chain, MENA Supply chain as well as the Manufacturing sites.

Closely collaborate with the marketing team, QA and DRA to capture opportunities and facing business challenges.
- Report on weekly basis the portfolio health status to APMA supply chain revising all products in danger level (less than the target safety stock) or stock out products.
- Provide weekly status report about all SKUs availability to all Franchise Heads
- Report on Monthly basis to the AMAC supply Chain Head the Customer service Level comparing the achieved sales against the received orders from the distributor
- Report on Monthly basis the inventory Level (MOC at cTPC) with next month projection per SKU to APMA supply Chain office.
- Ensure the implementation of Global SCM SOPs as well as adherence to global and local quality requirements.
- Fully adhere to the planning tasks according to CPO SCM global Calendar of discipline
- Attend to any other tasks requested to support the Country or region Supply chain organization

**Minimum requirements**
- Education: Tertiary qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Others: Must be proficient in SAP, MS Excel and knowledge in MS Access preferred
- Language: English Fluent
