**Definition of LDP Program**:
Supply Chain's **L**eadership **D**evelopment **P**rogram is a way to cultivate a pipeline of leaders who have deep foundation of skills and experiences gained through roles in different supply chain positions. After successfully rotating through three different positions, each lasting 18-24 months, participants graduate from the program and continue in their leadership roles, ultimately enabling the successful growth of the supply chain organization and Ecolab.

**What You Will Do**:

- Learn & follow the basics of project management as per the PMBOK strategy.
- Administrate project deliverables and timeline for large investment projects.
- Manage leading milestones for localization initiatives in IMEA.
- Track localization implementation and its effectiveness with Supply Chain team.
- Support feasibility studies and track gross margin improvement projects through cross-functional communication (this may replace the point one above)
- Support Leading project manager in developing Project Masterplan, allocating resources, and run cadence meetings to follow up on projects execution.
- Digitalization to currant process by making sure we follow latest digital techniques.
- Design and Improvements: take the current process to the next level of collaboration and efficiency by leveraging digital tools and collaboration platforms.
- Supporting localization projects across IMEA
- Supporting GMI projects plans and execution
- Cooperation with businesses and SC parties
- Supporting GTW and volume growth efforts across IMEA

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in relevant field, or a leading multinational (best chemical companies) or FMCGs.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, industrial or as combination of mentioned Engineering professions).
- Ability to travel within IMEA.
- Excellent command of English.
- Energetic, optimistic, has the power to learn how to drive teams forward.
- Influencing and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration / team player
- Have good business sense and understanding.
- Data and information analysis skills
